Epsom College is a co-educational day and boarding school with approximately 1100 pupils aged 11-18. The College is located one mile from Epsom town, below Epsom Downs in heritage and modern buildings set in a beautiful tree filled campus of some 72 acres. Originally founded by The Royal Medical Benevolent Foundation, today the College strives to develop the individual talents of every girl and boy. The College is seeking to appoint a new Director of Admissions to drive forward the Admissions function ensuring the image and messaging of the College is compelling and impactful. This person will spearhead the admissions process, ensuring that it meets the needs of the families, and that the College is able to analyse trends and data to ensure processes are future proofed.
The Director of Admissions will sit on the College Executive Team, working closely with other senior leaders and the Board of Governors towards the College’s ambitious aims and objectives.
This role requires a high-calibre professional who can demonstrate established and effective leadership skills, combined with an extensive admissions background ideally in a comparable school environment. You will be committed to the very highest standards and understand that their role is the face of Epsom College both in the UK and Internationally.
The successful candidate will be a natural relationship-builder with the capacity to work with teaching and non-teaching colleagues alike to help create the future student body and spread awareness of Epsom’s distinctive strengths and achievements.
