Anderson Quigley is delighted to be working with a London-based University who are looking to appoint an interim Associate Director of Facilities Management.

Overview:

The Associate Director Facilities management will take responsibility for strategic and operational management of all soft services whether in house or outsourced contracts including but not limited to help desk, switchboard, reception, front of house support, domestic (cleaning, waste and general soft services), site services and security contract.

Responsibilities:

  • To lead all Facilities Services responsibilities in a professional and proactive manner, ensuring that all service levels and performance measurement targets are set and achieved on a regular basis.
  • To lead on relationship building with external stakeholder and team building internally to improve and sustain high levels of student and staff satisfaction
  • To develop the cleaning and security strategies, performance specifications, delivery programmes, tender documentation and lead on the procurement for external contractors to achieve value for money.

This will be an immediate start, within the next 2-3 weeks, in order to receive a handover with the Director of Estates.
