Their courses are designed and delivered with industry experts. Escape has strong ties with world-class partners such as Industrial Light & Magic, Creative Assembly, and Epic Games. Alumni have gone onto work on award-winning TV series Stranger Things along with Oscar and BAFTA nominated films such as Avatar: The Way of Water, Top Gun: Maverick, and bestselling games such as Assassin’s Creed and Forza Horizon.
Escape Studios are approved and endorsed internationally as a Rookies and Houdini certified school – offering a range of undergraduate, postgraduate and short courses.
Role
This is an exciting new role with scope for an ambitious candidate to build a new area of recruitment for Escape Studios. The institution is aiming to attract international students as part of their growth plan. Your role will be to drive this forward with primary responsibilities including working closely with the agent network and hiring future agents as you define markets to targets. Managing relationships with agent relationships will be key to your success in this role, as well as a keen desire for business development. You will work with the Director of External Relations and Head of Admissions and Student Recruitment to develop and deliver an international student recruitment strategy.
Person Specification
It will be essential to have international student recruitment and the ability to demonstrate past experience of liaising with agents. You will have excellent communication and written skills. Key to your success will be monitoring data and using insights to inform future plans. Experience of using a CRM system such as Salesforce will be important. You will be supported by a team on areas such as admissions, but this role does not have any direct management responsibility.
The role will be hybrid with 1-2 days in a London based office, potentially some international travel in the future to attend events.
