We are seeking a visionary Dean to lead the next phase of our school’s development, further enhancing its national and international reputation.
Candidates who able to demonstrate dynamic, experienced, and inspiring leadership are invited to join our senior management team as Dean of School of Management. The Dean will be responsible for setting and driving the strategic direction of the School, ensuring the continued delivery of high-quality education and research, while fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and innovative academic environment.
This role demands a forward-thinking individual capable of navigating the rapidly changing landscape of higher education and global business. The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders across the University, industry, and the academic community to ensure the School remains at the forefront of business education, research, and thought leadership.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong academic background with a PhD in a relevant discipline and a notable record of research and teaching. They should have significant leadership experience in a business school or management department, preferably in a triple-accredited institution, and a proven ability to manage academic and administrative teams, including budgeting and resource allocation.
Furthermore, they should demonstrate experience in cultivating partnerships with industry, academia, and other stakeholders while also promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the academic community. Experience in maintaining and enhancing accreditation standards such as AACSB, EQUIS, and AMBA is also essential.
