This is a fully on-site role based at their London, Manchester, Birmingham, or Leeds campuses (with travel between). On offer is an excellent package of c.£120k plus annual bonuses.

Overview:
The Vice Provost is a dynamic academic leadership role, crucial to supporting the Provost and advancing GBS’s institutional objectives. This position oversees several Deans with responsibilities in Employability, Education, and Retention. You will provide academic leadership and ensure plans align with the needs of a rapidly growing organisation. This role is ideal for a talented academic leader who is passionate about working in a widening access environment.
Essential Criteria:
The ideal candidate will have a PhD (or equivalent) and a history of driving positive cultural and operational changes, successfully uniting an institution under a cohesive strategic vision. Leadership experience at a minimum of Dean level in higher education learning, teaching, and student experience enhancement is crucial.
You must have a track record of building high-performing, diverse teams and utilising KPIs to drive strategic improvements and achieve targets in competitive environments. You must be committed to high-quality education in a widening access environment, demonstrate resilience in decision-making, have the skills to develop others as leaders, and be able to engage with operational details.
