Anderson Quigley is working with a London university to appoint an Interim Programme Manager for their People and Culture Team. This interim position is ideally offered on a fixed-term salaried basis for 6-12 months, with an immediate or ASAP start date, but no later than September. A hybrid work pattern with a minimum of 2 days per week on-site is expected.

The Interim Project/Programme Manager (People and Culture) will support schools and departments in transforming their approaches by looking at efficiencies, identifying new business opportunities, leading bids and competitive processes, building new partnerships, improving current service provision, and developing innovative service delivery approaches.
This role involves working closely with both academic and corporate colleagues (e.g., Finance, Strategic Development & Delivery, IT) to support schools and departments in developing their workforce plans and implementing initiatives aligned with workforce strategies and plans.
Essential Criteria:
The ideal interim candidate will have previous experience managing large-scale change and transformation projects from concept to mobilisation, working with colleagues at all levels and facilitating collaboration. This role is well-suited for individuals with extensive experience in the transformation and delivery of strategic HR programmes and projects, ideally within Higher Education, the Public Sector, or the consultancy sector.
Also required is a proactive and initiative-driven approach with the ability to manage integrated programmes of work, collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across the university, deliver work swiftly, meet challenging deadlines, and prioritise effectively.
