We are looking to appoint an Estates and Maintenance Manager to join the school’s estates team. The team is responsible for all the maintenance, management and regulatory compliance of school buildings and grounds. You will report to the Head of Estates.

The Estates and Maintenance Manager will have a passion for providing first-class, safe and educational environments.  You will lead on the planned, preventive maintenance strategy and look at the energy efficiency of the site. This is an exciting time for the school as we in the middle of a transformative building programme that seeks to embrace our historic building with state-of-the-art modern learning environments.

The successful applicant must have the experience and skills to proactively and reactively manage a diverse portfolio of buildings. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and organise a team to provide an outstanding level of customer service to the school community. You will be  organised, reliable and resourceful, have excellent attention to detail and the ability to balance a range of tasks effectively.
