Epsom College is a co-educational day and boarding school with approximately 1100 pupils aged 11-18. The College is located one mile from Epsom town, below Epsom Downs  in heritage and modern buildings set in a beautiful tree filled campus of some 72 acres. Originally founded by The Royal Medical Benevolent Foundation, today the College strives to develop the individual talents of every girl and boy.  

The College is seeking to appoint an experienced Head of Admissions who will be responsible to the Director of Marketing and Communications for the successful and efficient delivery of the pupil recruitment and admissions strategy.    

You will be the forefront of all recruitment activity, a key player in driving enquiries and seeing those enquiries through to enrolment. You will be a recognised public face of the School, attending events across with local prep schools and feeder primaries. You will be able to demonstrate a number of measurable successes along with successfully implementing a development plan to support the Recruitment and Admissions strategy.   

You will have hands-on and an experienced within an admissions role ideally within a school environment. 

The Head of Admissions will be a conscientious and hard-working individual who enjoys collaborating with a wide range of staff, pupils, parents and importantly prospective parents and is equally comfortable as a self-starter able to deploy their initiative and leadership skills 

You will possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with multi stakeholders. The successful candidate will be highly organised with a flexible and adaptable style. You will embrace the Epsom College ethos and values in all aspects of the role.
