We are seeking an exceptional Interim Senior HR Business Partner to play a pivotal role in shaping the future at a prestigious university in London.

About the Role:

In partnership with the Programme Director and HR Team, you will spearhead the next phase of a complex size and shape programme. Your responsibilities will include delivering a series of restructures and other strategic projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and embedding a new target operating model for the University.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver complex restructuring initiatives to improve organisational efficiency.
• Project manage a change programme from business case to consultation to implementation
• Embed a new target operating model across the institution.

• A strategic thinker with a strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and decisive decision-making capabilities.
• An expert in employee relations with the ability to build effective relationships with unions, enabling successful consultation and negotiation on key HR issues and policy development.
• A professional who thrives in high-pressure environments and maintains composure under stress.
• A successful project manager with experience of working within Higher Education
