Anderson Quigley is happy to be working with a London based university who are looking for an interim Governance Manager role.

Your main areas of responsibility will be to manage the governance team which provides secretariat support to committees and boards and manage all related activities. You will oversee a team of 5.

It is essential that the post holder focuses on ensuring the governance function continually improves and meets sector best practice standards. In this position you will provide expert guidance to the board of trustees and prepare and write executive board level reports. For senior level board meetings where sensitive information is exchanged, you will be required to take on secretariat duties.

Your role will also be to support the Director of Governance.

The contract length is at least 3 months, potentially up to 6 months with hybrid working on offer.
