About the Department:

Academic Services is located within the Directorate of Student and Academic Services and provides high level, professional administrative services to staff and students across SOAS. Other teams within the Directorate include: Access, Participation and Student Success, Careers, Registry, Student Experience, Engagement and Retention, Student Advice and Wellbeing.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated leader to join SOAS University of London. Reporting directly to the Head of Academic Services, College Managers are the senior administrative leads in the School’s three Colleges.

Supporting the Head of College and Heads of Department, the College Manager has overall responsibility for the delivery of programme support across departments, leading administration within their College, and ensuring excellent service delivery standards.

This particular role will support the College of Law, Anthropology and Politics. You will manage a team with a current headcount of 11 and be responsible for the planning, organisation, management and leadership of the administrative team to meet the needs of students and staff to satisfy the requirements of enrolment, assessment, progression and graduation regulations.
