Dean of Quality & Standards

Anderson Quigley is delighted to be working with Regent College who are looking to appoint a Dean of Quality & Standards.

Regent College was formed in 2010 – a Higher Education institution, who work with a collection of university partners to deliver Foundation Degrees, through to Master’s Degrees. Their driving commitment is to provide excellent teaching, a positive culture, and unparalleled student support. They have grown significantly since their inception and have ambitions to continue to increase in size and scope.

Regent are looking for a senior leader to oversee quality assurance and enhancement initiatives ensuring students receive a high quality academic experience.

The successful candidate will be determined and experienced in driving forward overall goals such as instilling good governance and enhancing quality and standards, in line with OfS registration conditions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and reviewing quality assurance policies and procedures in alignment with registration conditions, government regulations, sector standards and best practices across RCL at an operational and strategic level.
• Maintaining a comprehensive framework of policies and procedures for the government of the academic experiences of the College’s students.
• Facilitating curriculum review processes, incorporating feedback from faculty, students, and external stakeholders to enhance programme quality and relevance.

This role reports to the Provost.
