Interim HR Change Lead

Are you a seasoned HR professional with a passion for driving transformative change in higher education? Have you led on restructures? Are you an effective communicator who can lead organisations to achieve strategic goals?

We’re on the lookout for an outstanding Interim HR Change Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping the future at a university in London. This contract is for 6 months.

Working alongside the current HR Director, you will take the lead on the next phase of a complex size and shape programme. You will deliver a series of restructures and other projects to improve efficiency, introduce new ways of working and embed a new target operating model for the university.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who can bring imitative, problem-solving skills and decision-making prowess to the table.

As the successful candidate you will be an expert in employee relations, building effective relationships with unions to enable successful consultation and negotiation on key HR issues and policy development. You will thrive in high pressure environments and maintain a cool head under pressure.

The successful candidate will work closing with the Change Communications Lead, Chief People Officer, PVC Academic and the transformation team. You will use your expertise to deliver effective change management showcasing excellent knowledge of HR best practice in relation to employment law, re-organisation policy, ER legislation and effective collective consultation.
