Are you an experienced communications professional who has previously led a large-scale change programme? Are you passionate about the narrative? And able to successful navigate a moving landscape? We’re on the lookout for an outstanding candidate to be the Interim Change Communications Lead on a 6-month contract at a London based university.
As the successful candidate you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the communication strategy for this complex change programme. You will have previously led on significant restructuring or change communications and be able to take full ownership of this. You will need to be skilled in both internal change communications as well as complex reputation management with unions and the press.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who can bring innovative, problem-solving skills and decision-making prowess to the table.
We are looking to speak to candidates who can showcase experience in managing a positive narrative through a complex change environment. You will have high level of negotiating skills coupled with an ability to translate information to different audiences. You will be able to manage different opinions delicately and move whole organisations forward to meet organisational goals.
The successful candidate will work closing with the Head of Communications and wider marketing team, you will be assertive, clear minded and be able to adapt your views to the changing landscape at hand. You will use your expertise to deliver effective communications both internally and externally that will strengthen the universities position and enable the change programme to be a success.
