Anderson Quigley is delighted to be working with a fantastic London based University who are looking for an interim HR Manager (Projects and Performance) role. The contract length is 6 months with hybrid working on offer.

It’s an exciting and varied role with a wide focus on projects covering implementing progression and promotion schemes, workload management for faculty staff, through to job level grading projects. You will have involvement with senior stakeholders and external parties in terms of pay negotiations and liaising with unions. There is also a new HR system being implemented, with this role contributing to the workflow design. Your role will also be to support the Director of Human Resources and work alongside other HR Managers.

It would be essential for the successful candidate to have strong experience of the Higher Education sector in similar roles.
