Anderson Quigley is happy to be working with a Midlands based University who are looking to appoint an Interim Head of Admissions role.

Your main areas of responsibility will focus on delivering an admissions review, overseeing the outsourcing of certain admissions functions and supporting a new initiative with a student recruitment agency to grow partnerships. In terms of the business-as-usual aspects of the role you would lead on all admission activity to ensure that people, processes and systems are in place and monitored for the University to achieve its recruitment objectives.

You would manage two direct reports with an overall team of 25 supporting you. The team requires nurturing with a people orientated manager instilling structure into willing and engaged staff. A customer service focused approach is vital to being successful in this role. Experience around SITS would be desirable. Your role will also be to support the Director of Student Recruitment.

The contract length is 1-year with hybrid working on offer. The client would be open to a candidate taking on the role in a permanent capacity.
