Who is LIBF?

What is the role?

The Head of Careers & Employability is a strategic leadership role, reporting to the Managing Director. Responsible for developing and implementing the institute’s Careers & Employability strategy, the role involves fostering employer engagement and ensuring successful graduate outcomes. Key activities include creating and delivering the Careers & Employability strategy, enhancing employer relationships, managing careers provision, and developing services for HE Alumni. You will require extensive networking, business development, and decision-making skills, with the ability to influence both academic and professional communities. You will also contribute to the strategic goals of the institution by ensuring effective student engagement, employer partnerships, and successful graduate transitions.
