What is the role?

The Head of On-Campus Programmes is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all on-campus programmes. Reporting to the Managing Director in the Higher Education department, the role involves managing current and future programmes, ensuring high-quality delivery, and aligning processes with institutional plans. You will lead the development of policies, support the Managing Director in enhancing the on-campus student experience, and act as a main point of contact for non-academic matters. Responsibilities also include contributing to programme development, overseeing project plans, and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This role significantly impacts the overall objectives of LIBF, emphasising a commitment to innovation, quality, and student success.
