Interim Legal and Governance Workstream Lead, London Higher Education Institution

Anderson Quigley is excited to be working with a London based Higher Education institution who are looking for an interim Legal and Governance Workstream Lead. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a major PMO.

Your main areas of responsibility will be to focus on leading the workstream which covers legal and governance arrangements for two institutions. You will oversee due diligence on agreements and sign off on all contracts.

You will collaborate with other work stream leads to develop a plan that addresses legal and compliance issues. This includes identifying potential legal issues, such as labour and employment matters, intellectual property transfers, and contractual obligations. Your role will also be to support the Programme Director. It would be desirable for the successful candidate to have Higher Education / Public Sector experience.

The contract length is for an initial 12 months but with the potential for an extension. There is hybrid working on offer 2-3 days onsite.
