Anderson Quigley is happy to be working with a well-known major university in the South East who are looking to appoint two Organisational Designers.
These are two new roles that will join People Services department in delivering organisational design projects, championing and applying the Organisational Design Framework and OD Project Governance arrangements.
You will play a pivotal role as a go-to subject matter expert on organisation design activities. Supporting the Organisational Design Lead you will partner closely with senior leaders, functional leads, our Centres of Expertise and People Business Partners, designing and implementing new operating models that enable the University to be the right size and shape for achieving its strategic ambitions and capable of meet the challenges of the future.
The contract length is 12 months with substantial hybrid working on offer.
Skills and Experience
- Do you possess previous experience in organisational design, operating model and business transformation, deployed in large complex organisations?
- Do you have strong facilitation skills, coupled with experience of designing and leading workshops?
- Are you experienced in building good working relationships with team members at all levels, possessing strong interpersonal and collaboration skills?
