They offer a range of Higher National Diplomas (HNCs), foundation degrees, bachelor’s degrees, top-up degrees and master’s degree courses through their schools of Business and Enterprise, Law, Health and Sports Science, and Engineering and Computing.

RCL has five campuses across London, located in Harrow, Kingsbury, Southall, Wembley and in the centre of the city on Great Titchfield Street.

Role

Your main areas of responsibility will focus on managing a team which consists of Programme Leaders and lecturers. In this role you will provide guidance and leadership to develop staff.

You will lead on the curriculum design, ensure successful academic delivery of courses and embed outstanding learning, teaching and assessment practice, which will be reflected in metrics and rankings such as TEF and NSS and other key performance indicators.

An understanding of health as a subject area is important, but the client will consider candidates with varying degrees of experience.

Your role will also be to support the Head of school of Health and Sports Science.
