Westminster is seeking a Senior Development Manager to focus on the regular giving channels and bursary support. This is a new role with the Development and fundraising team and will play a key part in the schools plans to grow the fundraising programme. This post works across the whole of the Westminster community – alumni, parents of current and/or former pupils, and staff. With a particular focus on regular giving, the post-holder will work closely with the Director of Development to continue to roll out the regular giving model in an engaging and motivating way. 

The role will suit an individual with a track record in fundraising across education or the charity sector.  We are looking for someone that has a passion and enthusiasm for education and can work in creative and collaborative way to build capacity within the fundraising function.
