University of Plymouth International College (UPIC) is one of the European division’s fastest growing colleges. In partnership with the University of Plymouth, the College Director & Principal (CDP) will build on the five-year plans the college has developed leading the partnership relationship, driving student recruitment, optimising the student experience and contributing to the internationalisation strategy of the university. 

Reporting to the Executive General Manager, the CDP leads the team, covering Strategic Planning and Growth, Finance, Teaching & Learning, Marketing & Admissions, Student & Academic Services. You will inherit a strong partnership with the University of Plymouth and a high performing team, you role will be to build and sustain this positive workplace culture underpinned by the Navitas values.
