Anderson Quigley is handling the appointment of an Interim Headteacher for a regionally focused Multi Academy Trust (MAT) based in Greater Manchester. This is a temporary appointment which will provide consistent leadership to the academy and support with whole school improvement.

Reporting to the Executive Headteacher, the appointed Interim Headteacher will lead on all aspects of the academy, playing a pivotal role in the development of staff and students. There is a strong emphasis on pastoral provision at the school.

We are looking for an experienced Headteacher and school leader who can provide effective and consistent leadership to the school community, supporting both staff and pupils through a period of change. Someone who has worked in schools as a Headteacher, who understands how to raise standards in a provision, demonstrated by measurable impact, will be required. Key to the success of the appointment will be strengths around pastoral leadership, wellbeing, and safeguarding. Additionally, staff development in the context of raising standards in line with inspection parameters will be a key area of interim impact of the incoming Headteacher. Experience working closely with a board, delivering objectives for students is essential.
