Anderson Quigley is partnering with a prestigious UK University in their search for an accomplished professional to serve as the Interim Executive Director of Global Operations. This is a 6-month appointment, providing a unique opportunity to influence and shape the future of the universities global initiatives, as the university fine-tunes the scope and vision for the permanent position.

In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Pro Vice-Chancellor and take the helm of operations responsible for delivering online education and education through global teaching centres. You will play a critical role in overseeing and guiding four key functions: Online & Blended Education, Global Business Development, Operational Student Services, and Student Experience.

As the successful candidate, you will champion effective collaboration across the four Directorates, ensuring that programme development is informed by market intelligence and business development insights. You will facilitate the provision of responsive services to both incoming and existing students, fostering a holistic and student-centric approach to education delivery.

The successful candidate will also be instrumental in spearheading a growth-focused strategy informed by market insights. You will act on global market intelligence adapting the universities approach and using market intel to make informed decisions about what educational services it should be providing. This plan will not only drive the university’s global expansion but will also serve as a dynamic blueprint, integrating seamlessly into the operations of other directorates and the broader university framework.
