Join Anderson Quigley in our partnership with a southern based university on a mission to find an outstanding candidate to be the Interim Access & Participation Lead. This rewarding opportunity is initially for a 9-month term, providing you with an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful impact in plans that set out how higher education providers will improve equality of opportunity for underrepresented groups to access, succeed in and progress from higher education.

In this pivotal role, you will be entrusted to provide motivational leadership and management of the APP programme, through all aspects of the life cycle, co-ordinating programme members, managing multi-disciplinary team members in a matrix environment and liaising closely with the business owners and programme sponsor.

Your responsibilities will extend to championing a transformative vision that positions access and participation at the core of the university’s culture. This includes driving stakeholder and student engagement to support this vision. Your leadership will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the university and fostering an environment where all individuals can thrive and contribute to the institution’s success.

As the successful candidate, you will showcase a remarkable track record in project management and hold a relevant project management certification. Your proven ability to manage change and craft high-impact strategies will be a key asset.

As the successful candidate, you will bring to the table robust analytical skills, enabling you to derive valuable insights from data and make well-informed decisions. Your expertise should extend to defining measurable targets and implementing a rigorous monitoring process to gauge progress effectively.

You will also have experience of the wider university planning process, linking your programme work to this and ensuring key milestones are reached.

This is a unique opportunity to lead transformative change, promote a culture of inclusion, and contribute to the institution’s enduring success. If you’re ready to bring your project management skills, leadership, and innovation to this dynamic role, we invite you to apply and be a part of a passionate team dedicated to shaping the future of higher education.
