Join Anderson Quigley in our partnership with a prestigious London-based university on a mission to find their next interim Group Director of Organisational Development and Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (OD & EDI). This exciting role is initially for a 9-month term, providing you with an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful impact while the university progresses toward a permanent appointment.
In this pivotal role, you will be entrusted with driving positive change within the university by conceptualising and executing innovative organisational development and engagement strategies, as well as spearheading organisational design and transformation initiatives aligned with the university’s overarching corporate strategy.

This includes driving workforce transformation to support this vision.
