Anderson Quigley is delighted to be working with a London based University who are looking for 2 x Interim College Manager.
Following a restructure these new roles have been created to support separate colleges within the University.
Your role will be to work with the Head of College, Heads of Department as well as your line manager, Head of Academic Services, to embed new ways of working and promote a new culture. Relationship building will be a key skill you will bring with you in particular to manage staff performance as well as engaging with colleagues across the University.
Your responsibilities will focus on standardising processes so that they are the same across the colleges and departments. You will oversee support around assessment, curriculum development, timetabling and student experience.
The client is looking for an experienced professional who has held a similar post in the past. A resilient individual who has ability to inspire staff and provide reassurance to colleagues.
The contract length is 6-9 months with hybrid working 3 days onsite.
