Tees Valley Collaborative Trust (TVCT) is currently situated in and focused on the Tees Valley in the Northeast of England. We aspire to provide ‘all through’ provision, not necessarily in the sense that a local learner would join our nursery and ultimately graduate from our Sixth Form College – rather, we aim to provide inclusive education opportunities at all levels prior to work or university study. Fundamentally, we are about excellence within inclusion.
We are seeking to appoint a new Chief Executive Officer for the Trust. The trust is committed to delivering high-quality education and empowering students to reach their full potential. We are devoted to fostering innovation, excellence, and collaboration to enrich the educational experiences of students and contribute to the local community. Our long-term plan is to expand the Trust, and the CEO will play a key role in this ambition.
The opportunity to continue and build on the successes of the Trust has arisen due to the retirement of our highly respected CEO. We are seeking a leader with considerable and relevant experience who can work closely with the Trust Board to develop future strategy and lead the Trust through the next phase of its development and growth.
We are seeking a confident leader who will drive the culture within the trust and drive our external brand with key stakeholders on a regional and national level to accelerate our ambitious plans.
Tees Valley Collaborative Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
As this post involves direct contact with, or unsupervised responsibility for, children or vulnerable adults the successful candidate will be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service check before taking up the position. Additional checks will include identity checks, qualification checks and employment checks, including the investigation of any gaps between jobs and two satisfactory references.
