Interim College Principal, Southern based Higher Education Provider

Anderson Quigley is currently working with a Southern based Higher Education Provider who is looking to identify an experienced College Principal for approx. 6 months while a substantive is identified.

As the interim College Principal, you will be responsible for the stewardship of the college as well as the delivery of high-quality education and training.

As the successful candidate you will ensure that the institution maintains a fully engaged, supported, highly skilled and high-performing workforce. You will develop and implement a change programme that supports the growth agenda of the college.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Academic Leader who has ideally come from either the Higher or Further Education sector, ideally with a science subject background. Someone who has gravitas and an inclusive leadership style to nurture a team through a period of change. Candidates with experience of apprenticeships would be of particular interest.

A key part of the role will be to uphold a culture in which inclusion, equality, and diversity and allyship are actively promoted across the institution, specifically supporting the institution in becoming an approved apprenticeship provider.
