Anderson Quigley is delighted to be continuing our campaign of leadership recruitment with GEDU Global Education, the parent company of GBS and GBS Dubai, on the appointments of 2 x Heads of Student Recruitment (preferably one with strong international experience and one with a domestic or mixed background). Please note, these are fully on-site roles, to be based from their Headquarters in Greenford (West London).

Overview of the role:
As Head of Student Recruitment, you will play a vital role in leading and implementing strategies to attract a diverse and qualified student population to GEDU’s institutions. Reporting to the CMO, you will oversee the recruitment team and collaborate with various departments to meet enrolment goals and promote the institution’s offerings. Your priorities will include developing and executing student recruitment strategies to achieve enrolment targets and ensuring that the strategies are aligned with the institution’s mission and values. You will also manage a growing team and work closely together with the international direct team to achieve enrolment targets.
The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in senior student recruitment, admissions, or related leadership roles within Higher Education, preferably within fast growth, scaling education organisations. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Candidates are also expected to have knowledge of marketing and communication strategies, particularly in the context of student recruitment. Some UK and international travel is also expected as part of this role.
