Interim HR Business Partner, London University

Anderson Quigley is happy to be working with a major London University for an interim HR Business Partner role.

Our client is a global university with one of the most diverse staff and students’ populations in the country.

Your main areas of responsibility will be to focus on providing sound advice to academic college or to professional services. The university is looking for a HR generalist who has good experience around employee relations. You will work alongside two other business partners to support the university.

The university will expect advice around a number of issues including developing solutions to workforce issues, working as part of project teams for initiatives and activities that affect their business areas such as staff survey action plans.

The successful candidate will be able to develop innovative and pragmatic solutions that are financially and culturally appropriate.

Your role will also be to support the Deputy Director of HR.

The contract length is 6 months with hybrid working 2-3 days onsite.
