Anderson Quigley is delighted to be working with a major London University for an interim Head of Research Development and Delivery role.

Our client is a global university with one of the most diverse staff and students populations in the country. They are embarking on hiring to a number of roles to strengthen their Research and Knowledge Exchange Directorate.

The purpose of this role is to focus on supporting senior colleagues on REF, KEF, the KE Concordat, and the HE-BCI return.

You will lead on 4 key areas:

  1. Ensuring Research Development and Knowledge Exchange is integrated
  2. Adapting to the complex and evolving HE environment
  3. Proactively providing a suite of seminars, workshops, and one-to-one sessions, as appropriate to drive excellence in research development across the University that maximises the use of library assets and resources.
  4. Embedding strong project management, compliance with Funders’ terms and conditions; and overall governance of research and KE grants as it relates to due diligence and research ethics and integrity.

You will be a strategic thinker with strong financial awareness.

As part of the Senior Management and Executive Team you will play a significant role on leading on school wide projects.

The contract length is 6 months with hybrid working onsite. There is also a permanent role on offer.
