Head of HR Systems, Southeast University

Anderson Quigley is delighted to be working with a major university in the Southeast who are looking to appoint a Head of HR Systems.

They are seeking a candidate who has extensive SAP experience and a proven ability to define the HR lifecycle process system from implementation to adoption/enhancement and to continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will be good at building relationships with stakeholders across all levels and have a proactive approach to horizon scanning for future challenges.

Your role will report to the Director of People. You will have management responsibility for two members of staff with an overall team of 10.

It is a hybrid role where you will need to be onsite only a few times a month.
