Anderson Quigley is currently working with London South Bank University to identify an interim Head of Marketing & Digital. This is an interim opportunity for 12 months to cover a maternity leave.
Reporting to the Group Director for Marketing, Recruitment & Communications, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of an effective brand and portfolio marketing strategy to achieve growth in new student recruitment, associated income and to improve reputation and reach through optimisation of digital channels and events marketing.
As the successful candidate you will position the LSBU brand, its schools and individual courses against clearly defined target audiences that align with strategic opportunities for student number growth and broader stakeholder engagement.
This is a critical role that works in close collaboration with student recruitment and admissions leaders and the central focus is to achieve awareness amongst and applications from new student prospects to feed the recruitment funnel.
We are looking for a strategic marketer with a successful track record of supporting a growth agenda within the Higher Education sector. An individual with highly developed operational marketing expertise covering both digital and non-digital channels, including a strong proficiency in social media engagement.
The successful candidate will also be a highly effective leader and stakeholder manager who is able to influence and engage both academic and non-academic communities and drive effective collaboration. You will bring experience in campaign management, digital engagement and events marketing.
