GEDU Global Education are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of CRM & Technology with a specific focus on ZOHO CRM, websites, and analytics to join their team. As the Head of CRM & Technology, you will be responsible for leading and managing the marketing technology stack, with a particular emphasis on ZOHO CRM implementation and optimization, website development and maintenance, and data analytics. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive marketing strategies, enhance customer experiences, and maximize the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
ZOHO CRM Management:
- Oversee the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of ZOHO CRM to support the marketing and sales processes.
- Develop and optimize workflows, dashboards, and reports to enhance lead management, pipeline tracking, and customer relationship management.
- Provide guidance and training to marketing and sales teams on ZOHO CRM functionalities and best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to the CRM system to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Website Development and Maintenance:
- Lead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of company websites, ensuring an optimal user experience, functionality, and performance.
- Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to create engaging and conversion-focused website experiences.
- Manage website projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend website enhancements and implement best practices.
Data Analytics and Reporting:
- Develop and implement a robust data analytics strategy, leveraging tools such as Google Analytics, ZOHO Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and build dashboards and reports to monitor marketing campaign effectiveness, website traffic, lead generation, and other relevant metrics.
- Analyse data to uncover actionable insights, drive data-driven decision making, and optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Integration and Automation:
- Identify opportunities for integration and automation within the marketing technology stack to improve efficiency and data synchronization.
- Collaborate with IT and other relevant teams to integrate ZOHO CRM with other marketing tools and platforms (e.g., marketing automation, email marketing) for seamless data flow and process automation.
- Streamline marketing processes through automation, ensuring consistent and efficient execution of campaigns and lead management.
- Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with vendors and service providers related to marketing technology, including CRM consultants, web development agencies, and analytics providers.
- Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure vendors deliver high-quality services that meet requirements and objectives.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing technology management, with a focus on ZOHO CRM, websites, and analytics.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with ZOHO CRM, including implementation, configuration, and optimization.
- Proficiency in website development and maintenance, including content management systems (CMS) and web analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, ZOHO Analytics) to derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, email marketing tools, and other relevant marketing technologies.
- Project management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate website development projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align marketing technology initiatives with overall business goals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation is preferred.
