Interim Senior Lecturer / Year Leader in Acting and Performance

Anderson Quigley is pleased to be working with a London based University on an interim Senior Lecturer / Year Leader role.

The university has a strong reputation in the creative arts and are looking for a candidate to fulfil a specific role.

There are three key requirements the successful candidate will firstly be a theatre maker. They will have strong leadership skills and previous experience as a course leader, module leader or year leader, having led modules and have strong leadership skills. Finally, they will be used to working with dissertation level students in relation to performance research.

A strong fit for this candidate will be an individual who is proactive, decisive while still a flexible leader and is able to inspire and harness the talents of students whose focuses and ability vary.

This is a 6 month contract for a full time role (though 4 days a week onsite can be accommodated) and includes 18 hours of teaching per week during term time. We will expect the successful candidate to be on site for the majority of the week.
