Interim Pro Vice-Chancellor Education and Student Experience, South-East University

Anderson Quigley is delighted to be working with a fantastic university in SE England on the urgent appointment of an Interim PVC Education and Student Experience.

Practicalities as follows: 6-month initial FTC duration, 4 or 5 days a week considered, hybrid working of 2 days on-site required, accommodation support available, and required start date ASAP or within 1-2 months maximum.

Overview:

Having risen several places in the league tables, the university has recently enjoyed a steady period of growth. The Executive team is described as collegiate, closely knit and well represented in terms of voices from across the university. Amidst this positive picture of growth, the interim requirement is to work with the DVC and provide additional resources in the following main areas: professional, statutory and regulatory bodies (PSRBs), accreditation and risk management, validated partnerships, quality assurance and enhancement, learning & teaching, pedagogy and assessment, student services, academic services and student experience.

Essential Criteria:

Essential to the success of this role is previous pan university leadership experience in Education, L&T and Student Experience related areas. This could either be at PVC+ level or we would also consider a Dean from a large university with institution facing exposure (rather than just faculty-based).
