Interim Director of Admissions, Russell Group University

Anderson Quigley is delighted to be working with a Russell Group University on the appointment of an Interim Director of Admissions (Hybrid Working). This is for an initial 6 month FTC, to start ASAP or by August 2023 at the latest (some flexibility may be available), with c.2 days on-site (Tuesdays and Thursdays, ideally).

The current Director is transitioning internally to another role and the Admissions function has recently been moved from External Relations to Education and Student Services. Therefore, the brief is two-fold: 1.) to lead and manage a busy admissions function through clearing, and 2.) to help manage this transition effectively and advise on whether the current admissions process is fit for purpose, and as efficient and market competitive as it could be.

Previous leadership experience of Higher Education Admissions or Admissions adjacent functions (e.g. a very closely linked Student Recruitment function) will be essential, as is near term availability and the willingness to be on-site 2 days per week.
