Anderson Quigley is currently working with a Southern based NHS Trust who is looking to identify an experienced Chief People Officer for approximately 6 months while a substantive is identified.
As the interim Chief People Officer, you will lead the workforce and organisational development functions, ensuring that they serve the needs of clinical and non-clinical departments across the Trust. As the successful candidate you will ensure that the Trust maintains a fully engaged and supported, well-motivated, highly skilled and high-performing workforce. You will develop and implement an integrated annual workforce plan and lead the transformation of the workforce to ensure it is fit for the future.
As the successful candidate, the interim Chief People Officer will be responsible for the oversight of all aspects of the Trust’s teaching and learning activities and work to develop innovative recruitment strategies and pipelines.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Chief People Office who has ideally come from the NHS, someone who has gravitas and an inclusive leadership style to nurture a team through a period of change.
A key part of the role will be to uphold a culture in which inclusion, equality, diversity and allyship are actively promoted across the Trust, specifically supporting the Trust in addressing workforce-related aspects of EDI.
