Anderson Quigley is delighted to be working with MetaGedu Apprenticeships, on the appointment of a Head of Client Solutions to join their team and lead the growth and diversification of their portfolio of apprenticeship levy and co-investment employers in the Midlands/North Region.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experience lead business development professional with a passion for apprenticeship and learning environments. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strong apprenticeship business development strategy, generating vacancies and apprenticeship starts in line with budgeted revenue requirements, and building a strong network of employers and key stakeholders.
You will work closely with heads of operations and quality to expand the number of programmes delivered based on employer intelligence, promote the MetaGedu apprenticeship brand, and manage an effective pipeline of sales prospects to increase MetaGedu’s share in strategic market sectors.
To be considered for this role, you must have extension experience in a B2B business development leadership role within an apprenticeship or government funded learning environment, along with the ability to manage large contracts, oversee team performance and demonstrate a full knowledge of all products, ESFA regulated funding rules, and additional funding streams. You must also have excellent communication and sales skills, both written and oral, and the ability to present to large groups of people. In addition, you will need to be able to access one of the MetaGedu bases in Birmingham (the hub), Manchester or Leeds and be willing to travel regionally, as part of the role.
