Interim Dean of Psychology – London University

Anderson Quigley is delighted to hear from those in the interim higher education academic leadership network, who are immediately or shortly available to undertake an initial 3-month FTC with a London based University, as an Interim Dean of Psychology. For an idea of size and scale, the department has c.60 staff and below 1000 students.

The Interim Dean will ideally need to have a subject background in Psychology or a cognate discipline i.e Health and will be required to be on-site c.2-3 days a week in London and be available to start ASAP/immediately or within a maximum of 1 months’ notice. Over the initial 3-month term, the Interim Dean will support discussions on a portfolio review, assist with the planning round, provide management and leadership to the department, advise on strategic direction and cast an external, diagnostic eye on the department and their relative modernity and competitiveness within the market.
