Interim Director of International Engagement, Student Recruitment and Admissions - UK University

Anderson Quigley is currently working with a London based University to identify an Interim Director of International Engagement, Student Recruitment and Admissions. This is an interim opportunity for approximately 6 months whilst the university works to identify a substantive.

Reporting to the Provost, will have a pivotal role in shaping the end-to-end experience of prospective students overseeing the applicant journey throughout to conversion. You will also lead on the development of all supporting strategies, policies, and procedures for the above functions.

As the interim, this role will be mainly running the day to day operations for UK Student Recruitment, International Partnerships, International Recruitment and Admissions.

We are looking for an experienced marketing professional who has a solid track record of leading international recruitment activities and the admissions process. Someone who has worked within the Higher Education sector and understands the key cycles that effect admissions and student recruitment. You will also be required to understand the international landscape.

We are looking for an inspirational leader who is able to sustain a positive workplace culture that foster high performing teams. You must be able to demonstrate high level interpersonal skills, business planning and strategy formulation.

Experience of delivering against ambitious targets in international student recruitment is essential.

This is a hybrid role but the successful candidate must be available on site during the month of August to take the university through the clearing process.
