Anderson Quigley is currently working with a London based University who is looking to identify an experienced Estates Strategy Programme Manager for approx. 6-9 months to ease capacity.

The Interim Estate Strategy Programme Manager will be responsible for the implementation of the integrated Estates Strategy for the university, ensuring alignment with extant and emerging policies and plans.

The successful candidate will lead, manage and coordinate all estates projects, ensuring effective and efficient delivery and providing both technical and professional expertise in the appropriate areas.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing effective leadership across all projects, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between all stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage the budget for estates and aligned projects ensuring value for money, and optimal use of resources.
  • Ensuring that estates projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the agreed quality standards.
  • Managing project risks, including legal, financial, scheduling, environmental, health and safety risks, and ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and institutional policies and requirements.

As the successful candidate, you will have significant experience in delivering multiple projects to time and budget, excellent communication skills, the ability to manage different stakeholders and sound knowledge of construction/real estate laws, regulations, and legislation.
