Interim HR Director, Independent Schools Trust

Anderson Quigley is currently working with a London based Independent Schools Trust, who is looking to identify an experienced HR Director for approx. 6-9 months while a substantive is identified.

As the interim HR Director you will lead on the day-to-day HR operations, complex case management and their recruitment strategies. You will support members of the Executive to deliver their strategies through the provision of high-quality professional advice and guidance on the full range of HR and OD strategies.

The successful candidate will be an experienced HRD in the higher or further education space, and who has gravitas and an inclusive leadership style to nurture a team through a period of change.

A key part of the role will be to consider how the schools recruit, recognise, and reward the contribution of their people. You will work closely with the Heads to ensure the schools remains compliant with current HR and employment law best practice.

If you have experience of working with an outsourced payroll provider this would be beneficial.
