Anderson Quigley is currently working with a southern based University who requires an experienced Business Change Lead to join their team for a short term 3 month role. The lead will be working on one of the key transformation programmes – HR Digital, aimed at driving efficiency and improving services provided by HR to Managers and Employees.
As a Change Lead, you will be responsible for creating, implementing and monitoring business readiness plans and understanding the change impact within them to ensure the business is ready to accept change and implementation can proceed. You will be responsible for developing a business change plan for each release, a communications and engagement plan, and training plan. You will have experience and a good understanding of change and readiness principles in a large multi-disciplinary complex organisation.
You will be confident leading engagements with stakeholders at multiple levels, across multi-disciplinary teams. You will be experienced in developing and delivering communications that take complex and technical information into easy-to-understand language for stakeholders. You should be able to work on multiple areas of work by managing your time efficiently and effectively. You should respond well to working under pressure and be able to work independently when needed, and as part of a team.
HR experience and knowledge is desirable. HE experience and knowledge is essential. The University is currently operating a hybrid working environment, therefore attendance on campus is required on occasions to work F2F with stakeholders for key analyst deliverables.
