Anderson Quigley is currently working with a large university on the South Coast who is looking to identify an experienced candidate to be their interim Head of Continuous Improvement. This is a 6-month opportunity with an immediate start.

Reporting to the Transformation Director, the successful candidate will have a qualification in Lean, Service Design or other continuous/process improvement methodologies.

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for driving and leading the continuous improvement agenda delivering performance, quality and efficiency improvements. You will also be responsible for managing a portfolio of improvement projects aligned to the University’s strategic ambitions and be able to demonstrable experience of delivering improvement with measurable benefits and savings.

It is essential that you can develop strong relationships based on credibility and trust at all levels and are able to simplify messages and influence stakeholders to implement and embed lasting changes that boost the efficiency of the relevant teams and organisation.
