Anderson Quigley is currently working with London South Bank University to identify an experienced HR Business Partner to join a successful team supporting the universities SHAPE programme.
The SHAPE Programme at London South Bank University is a key element in the “Fit for the Future” pillar of the LSBU Group Strategy. The Programme will strengthen their identity as a professional and technical university working in partnership with the other institutions in the Group and local communities.
Reporting to the Director of People, the successful candidate will be required to deliver a strategic business partnering service and support members of the Executive, Deans and Directors to deliver a series of restructures and other projects to improve efficiency, introduce new ways of working and embed a new target operating model for the University.
Working within a programme structure, the Change Team will advise on policies and HR issues, as well as supporting wider change processes to deliver sustainable change and LSBU’s social purpose.
As the successful candidate you will be an expert in employee relations, building effective relationships with recognised unions to enable successful consultation and negotiation on key HR issues and policy development.
You will deliver workstreams within the SHAPE Programme to time and budget, ensuing that organisation design changes are integrated and supported by changes in working practices that reflect the LSBU Behaviour Framework and deliver sustainable change.
We are looking for someone who is CIPD qualified or equivalent expertise gained through significant HR and OD work. You will also be able to demonstrate experience of providing a financially aware, customer focused and commercially oriented HR Business Partner service, in a large and complex organisation.
