Following the move to our new state-of-the-art campus in Chiswick Park, West London, we are developing a new strategy that will see the University grow and further diversify its student body, broaden and diversify is academic offer and expand its international partnerships.

We are now seeking to appoint the Vice President (VP), Marketing Recruitment and Communications, who has responsibility for the co-delivery of the University’s recruitment strategy. The postholder will play a pivotal role in helping the University to achieve its ambitions for growth, along with developing the University’s profile and reputation in support of its strategic priorities. The role is a member of the University Board and chairs the Marketing, Recruitment and Communications Committee.

Our new VP, Marketing Recruitment and Communications will bring a proven track record of success in leading UK and international student recruitment, marketing and communication functions in higher education and experience of managing multifunctional teams. The successful candidate will have digital marketing expertise combined with the experience of traditional higher education marketing and recruitment functions. They will be responsible for the University’s strategic brand and visual identity, ensuring corporate consistency across all activity and channels. The successful candidate will be an experienced negotiator and communicator, able to develop positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, locally, nationally, and internationally.

An international outlook is essential and experience of both the UK and US higher education systems is desirable.
