Interim Associate Director International, UK University

Anderson Quigley is currently working with a Higher Education Provider to identify an interim Associate Director of International. This is an interim opportunity for approximately 6 months whilst the university works to identify a substantive.

Reporting to the Director of Student Recruitment and International Affairs, the successful candidate with have responsibility for setting the vision and strategy for international student recruitment. You will hold accountability for the quality, cost and effectiveness of international recruitment activities and partnerships against ambitious targets.

As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate a track record in:

• Leadership in Higher Education – gravitas and experience to keep a busy department running effectively.
• International experience – meeting and exceeding international recruitment targets.
• International footprint – knowledgeable of international strategies to assess overseas footprint.
• Transformation – Ability to take a step back, assess the status quo and make recommendations for improvements.

We are looking for an experienced marketing professional who has a solid track record of leading international recruitment activities. Someone who has worked within the Higher Education sector and understands the key cycles that effect admissions and student recruitment. You will also be required to understand the international landscape.

We are looking for an inspirational leader who is able to sustain a positive workplace culture that foster high performing teams. You must be able to demonstrate high level interpersonal skills, business planning and strategy formulation. Experience of delivering against ambitious targets in international student recruitment is essential.
